What we're looking for.

We curate the vendor mix to keep the variety high and the lines short. Locally-owned and Houston-made gets priority.

Food trucks & pop-ups

Anchor positions for Houston-favorite trucks and chefs. Looking for diverse cuisine, fast service, and great social presence.

Beverage & specialty

Non-alcoholic specialty drinks, coffee, frozen treats, and culture-specific beverages. Alcohol service is managed in-house.

Retail & merch

Apparel, jerseys, hats, hand-made goods, and culture-driven retail. Pop-up tables and full booths available.

Activations & experiential

Brand activations, photo experiences, gaming setups, and demos. Larger footprints available on a per-event basis.

The terms

Simple, fair, and built for both sides.

Booth fees

Day rates from $250 (pop-up table) to $1,500 (premium activation footprint). Multi-event bundles save 20%.

Power & wifi

Standard 110V drops included. 220V and dedicated network available on request.

Insurance

$1M general liability minimum. We provide a sample policy if you need a referral broker.

Move-in

Two-hour window before each event. Overnight equipment storage available.

Settlement

Cashless preferred. We share aggregate guest counts and traffic data after each event.

Marketing

Featured in our pre-event newsletter, social handles, and on-site signage as included in your tier.

Share your concept, equipment list, and which events you'd like to vend. We'll respond within five business days with a yes, a maybe (with questions), or a polite no.

We'll reply within one business day. Your email client will open with your inquiry prefilled.
